Ambika Devi Dasi
GO TO AMBIKA’s STORY : HANUMAN and the SPIDER
Ambika Devi Dasi is a spiritual mentor within the Hare Krishna Community of New Govardhana, in New South Wales Australia. She is the Program Co-ordinator of the Women’s Divison.
Ambika helps new devotees with personal guidance at an individual and group level. As a senior devotee she offers assistance within all aspects of devotional life, including guiding individuals and groups in devotional practices; imparting scriptural knowledge; offering sound advice about life choices; responding to philosophical inquiries; offering encouragement in times of difficulty; and to act as a friend and a confidant.
There is an eco yoga community set on the grounds, Krishna Village, which endeavours to provide the blueprint of a simple, mindful, spiritually based lifestyle. By allowing our guests to share this experience, New Govardhana hope to inspire a wholesome and sustainable lifestyle that is good for all living beings and conducive to a joyous and loving attitude
